The service

Sequence Studio ("we", "us") composes multi-touch email campaigns from the content of your own Ounie brains, at your direction, and lets you export them as CSV. We do not send email on your behalf. You ("you", "the customer") pay per sequence generated at the rate published on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You may only generate sequences from brains your Ounie account can access, and you are responsible for the emails you send — including compliance with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL and the like), consent, and unsubscribe handling in whatever tool you send from. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented or bypass rate limits. Generated copy inherits whatever rights you hold in the underlying brain content; what you send, and its accuracy, are your responsibility — review before you send.

Account & billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — 8 credits per sequence generated and 1 credit per single-touch regeneration, reserved when the work starts and settled on success. If your selected brain(s) can't ground the campaign, the reservation is refunded and you aren't charged. Editing every line, browsing variant history, and CSV export are free. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your data and prior outputs remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.

No warranty of accuracy

Emails are generated from your material and cited to it, but they are drafts for your review, not verified claims. We do not warrant that any email is complete, current, or fit to send. You are responsible for reviewing every subject line, claim, and merge field — and for obtaining any consent required — before you send.

Refunds

Failed generations are refunded automatically (the credit reservation is reversed), and you are never charged when your brain can't ground the requested campaign. For anything else, open a support ticket.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss arising from an email you sent.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you've already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
